Qualifications

• Must have experience in oil and gas safety or field operations.
• Strong ability to perform risk assessments and maintain safety documentation.
• Ability to communicate safety expectations clearly to employees and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine field location audits to identify unsafe conditions and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform shop and facility inspections and ensure identified deficiencies are corrected.
• Provide Samsara and fleet support, including monitoring driver performance and system issues.
• Assist with vehicle accident and workplace incident reporting, investigations, documentation, and corrective-action follow-up.
• Respond to incidents and accidents and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Manage Novara Flex documentation, inspections, and training records.
• Perform HSE data entry, recordkeeping, and reporting with accuracy.
• Monitor Journey Management and compliance with driver-fatigue requirements.
• Review completion of vehicle pre-trip inspections and JSAs.
• Assist with safety orientations, toolbox talks, and employee training.
• Communicate safety expectations and procedures to staff and leadership.
• Support operations with safety questions and corrective actions.
• Participate in pre-job planning to identify hazards and controls.
• Track corrective actions and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain organized inspection, training, incident, and compliance records.
• Assist customers with HSE requirements and audits as needed.
