Job summary

Paloma Pressure Control is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Representative to support operations across the Ohio area. The role focuses on maintaining a strong safety culture, aiding field leadership, and ensuring compliance with HSE policies and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will work closely with field and shop personnel, respond to incidents, and maintain accurate safety documentation, audits, and training records.

Qualifications

• Previous oil and gas industry experience is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Must remain eligible to participate in the company’s drug and alcohol testing program.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine field location audits to identify unsafe conditions and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform shop and facility inspections and ensure deficiencies are corrected.
• Provide Samsara and fleet support, including monitoring driver performance and safety events.
• Assist with vehicle accident and workplace incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Respond to incidents and accidents and ensure safety reporting procedures are followed.
