Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an HSE Specialist I for field-based operations across PA, OH, and WV. The role focuses on inspections, incident reporting, audits, and compliance systems such as ISNetworld and Avetta, collaborating with frontline staff, leadership, and clients to foster safety and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Safety or related field (or 1+ years in oil & gas HSE), strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and mobile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or a related field required or 1+ years of relevant oil & gas HSE experience considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing field demands.
• Must be willing to respond to emergencies on short notice (nights/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Conduct job site inspections and provide written compliance reports.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Attend client meetings and manage HSE expectations.
• Maintain systems such as ISNetworld, Avetta, and PEC for client compliance.
• Assist in tracking safety KPIs and preparing required reports.
• Deliver safety training and conduct field competency evaluations.
• Remain available for on-call responses to incidents or urgent site needs.
• Travel regularly (80%+); occasional overnight travel required.
