Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions seeks an HSE Specialist I to ensure field operations meet safety standards across PA, OH and WV. You’ll conduct inspections, manage incidents, and support client audits.

The role is field-based with extensive travel; you’ll train staff, compile reports, and maintain ISNetworld and Avetta compliance, collaborating with teams and clients to drive safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field or 1+ years HSE experience in oil & gas or safety roles.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulations (PADEP, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Willingness to respond to emergencies on short notice (nights/weekends).
• Field-based with extensive travel across PA, OH, and WV.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing field demands.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job site inspections and provide written compliance reports.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Attend client meetings and manage HSE expectations.
• Maintain systems such as ISNetworld, Avetta, and PEC for client compliance.
• Assist in tracking safety KPIs and preparing required reports.
• Deliver safety training and conduct field competency evaluations.
• Remain available for on-call responses to incidents or urgent site needs.
• Travel regularly (80%+); occasional overnight travel required.
