Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an HSE Specialist I to support field operations across PA, OH, and WV, with a heavy travel requirement. You will conduct site inspections, assist with incident investigations, and manage client safety expectations while maintaining ISNetworld, Avetta, and PEC compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field (or 1+ year HSE experience), knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations, and proficiency in MS Office and mobile reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field or 1+ years of relevant oil & gas HSE experience or other safety positions
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulations (PADEP, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
• Competency in Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing field demands
• Must be willing to respond to emergencies on short notice (nights/weekends)
• Monday–Friday | Weekends as needed | On-call availability required
• Field-based with extensive travel across PA, OH, and WV

Responsibilities

• Conduct job site inspections and provide written compliance reports
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Attend client meetings and manage HSE expectations
• Maintain systems such as ISNetworld, Avetta, and PEC for client compliance
• Assist in tracking safety KPIs and preparing required reports
• Deliver safety training and conduct field competency evaluations
• Remain available for on-call responses to incidents or urgent site needs
• Travel regularly (80%+); occasional overnight travel required
