You will conduct assessments, develop policies, investigate incidents, arrange training, and audit programs while coordinating with management, vendors, and regulators. The role requires OSHA/DOT/EPA knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Understanding of OSHA, DOT, API, RC, EPA and DOE requirements.
• Knowledge of safety, training and environmental concepts, standards and practices.
• Experience in accident investigation and loss control.
• Working knowledge of the oil well servicing industry and equipment.
• Proficient in conflict resolution and employee engagement.
• Ability to develop programs and present to employee groups.
• Knowledge of Work Planning and Review Systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety and environmental assessments and inspections to promote regulatory compliance.
• Develop and communicate safety policies and procedures for field operations.
• Investigate accidents and participate in review boards.
• Identify training needs and implement training programs.
• Audit and monitor safety training for compliance.
• Establish relationships with operations, vendors and regulators.
