NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is seeking a District HSE Manager to supervise safety staff and guide district-wide health, safety and environmental programs. You will help reduce injuries, oversee audits, and share best practices across field operations in Texas.

Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential. The role requires coordinating training, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and engaging with operations, vendors, and agencies.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 2-4 years of HSE experience.
• Preferred: 5+ years in Health, Safety, and Environmental roles.
• Must understand OSHA, DOT, API, R.R.C., EPA, and DOE regulations.
• Ability to develop programs and present to employee groups.
• Knowledge of accident investigation techniques and loss control.
• Working knowledge of the oil well servicing industry and related equipment and technology.
• Understanding of basic management concepts (training, goal setting, etc).

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety and environmental assessments and inspections to promote compliance.
• Develop, implement, and communicate safety and environmental policies and procedures across field operations.
• Provide expertise in accident investigation and review boards to identify causes and corrective actions.
• Recommend accident reduction goals and strategies from data analysis.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating training needs for the District.
• Develop, conduct, and support regular safety training sessions.
• Promote safety-awareness and safe work habits.
• Ensure compliance with drug screening policies including DOT and non-DOT testing.
• Establish and maintain communication with operations management, vendors, educational institutions, and agencies.
• Audit training efforts for district HSE personnel.
• Conduct scheduled training sessions and drills to ensure competency.
• Perform additional duties as required by supervisor.
