Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR's client is seeking an HSE Field Technician to support safe field operations near Axis Meshoppen, PA. The role involves evaluating hazards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding leadership on corrective actions.

You will mentor crews, manage KPI data, support incident investigations, and coordinate audits while traveling to field sites as needed. A strong safety background, bilingual English/Spanish, and ISNetworld/LMS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field; equivalent combo may be considered.
• 6+ years HSE/DOT experience, preferably in oilfield services.
• CSP/SMS/ASP or OSHA training and PEC/Safeland certifications.
• Experience with ISNetworld, LMS and safety reporting programs (iScout/KPA).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate field activities to identify hazards, assess compliance risk, and verify controls.
• Coach, intervene, and recommend corrective actions for safety improvements.
• Stop work when imminent safety hazards or significant risks arise.
• Manage KPI log: data collection, daily review, weekly submittals.
• Support incident management, investigations, and reporting activities.
• Lead or assist audits, ensure corrective actions are documented.
• Advise leadership on risk priorities and safety program implementation.
• Coordinate with operations, customers, vendors, and HSE leadership on safety expectations.
