Job summary

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar project. This role serves as a key partner to field leadership and hourly team members, helping ensure a positive employee experience while supporting critical HR and administrative functions on-site.

The HR Field Coordinator will work directly with project sites, assisting onboarding, timekeeping, payroll, and HR policy guidance to keep operations running

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, payroll, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly employees and field operations.
• Strong ability to apply HR policies consistently.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Solid organizational skills and deadline management.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Spanish and/or Creole language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for assigned project sites.
• Partner with project leaders to address workforce needs and concerns.
• Support onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding for successful integration.
• Review timekeeping and assist payroll accuracy.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and company programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records and data for reporting.
• Support compliance initiatives and audits.
