• 5 years experience in HR, incl. 2 years as HR Generalist or HRBP.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Ability to speak effectively to groups of employees.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and use problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate success in designing, leading, and achieving projects.
