The role covers development, performance, and compliance efforts, with travel and collaboration across departments to achieve goals and sustain a strong, compliant HR function for the company.

Qualifications

• Experience: 0-2 years in Human Resources required.
• Education: 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent years of job experience required.
• Preferred certifications: PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certified.

Responsibilities

• Maintains visibility with all employees and addresses issues promptly.
• Assists with performance reviews and development plans.
• Promotes positive employee relations with management.
• Conducts meetings and assists in training sessions as needed.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal laws via HR policies.
