Job summary

Optimized Process Designs (OPD), a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Field HR Generalist to support field construction operations in west Texas and southeastern New Mexico. You will partner with construction managers, site leaders, and field supervisors to strengthen workforce readiness, supervisor effectiveness, and employee relations in a project-driven EPC environment.

HR Generalist experience supporting field or operational workforce.
Ability to coach managers and frontline supervisors.
Handle employee relations matters and investigations with SME support.
Willingness to travel among project sites.

Responsibilities

Partner with Construction Managers and field leaders to align workforce and project outcomes.
Maintain regular field presence and adaptive supervising cadence across sites.
Coach field leaders on expectations, feedback, and performance issues.
Support mobilization, ramp-up, workforce transitions, and demobilization activities.
Advise on staffing needs, onboarding readiness, and retention risks during project phases.
Collaborate with Recruiting, Total Rewards, HR Ops, Legal, and Compliance to deliver field-ready solutions.
