Kodiak is seeking an experienced, field-oriented HR Manager to support operations across our Texas construction and skilled trades workforce. This role is highly operational and requires a self-driven, hands-on HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and is comfortable traveling regularly to active job sites, client locations, and fabrication facilities throughout Texas.

Based in Dallas, this individual will serve as a strategic and tactical partner to operations

Qualifications

• Extensive HR experience in high-volume field environments.
• Strong investigations and workers' comp management skills.
• Experience with multi-state employment law compliance in construction or related sectors.

Responsabilités

• Lead workplace investigations and address policy violations and complaints.
• Support employee relations across Texas job sites and facilities.
• Manage workers' compensation, return-to-work, and case management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Provide guidance on FMLA, ADA accommodations, and leave management.
• Conduct on-site HR visits and leadership coaching across active operations.
• Support attendance, performance documentation, and corrective actions.
• Assist with onboarding and workforce planning; mitigate risks.
