Job summary

Keller is seeking an HR Generalist to thrive in a construction-driven environment and partner closely with operations and field teams. You will provide practical HR support with a strong emphasis on field relationships and leadership development.

The role involves day-to-day employee relations, investigations, coaching, policy implementation, and risk mitigation across field and non-field locations. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with focus on employee relations.
• Experience supporting field-based or multi-site operations (construction/industrial preferred).
• Strong judgment and ability to navigate complex employee situations.
• Proven ability to coach and influence frontline leaders.
• Independent working style with collaborative HR partnerships; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day employee relations, including performance and discipline.
• Conduct and document workplace investigations with fairness and thoroughness.
• Coach managers on performance management and employee relations.
• Provide proactive engagement to improve employee experience and leadership presence.
• Support performance management processes, including separations and development.
• Advise on policy application, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Identify trends and share insights to strengthen leadership capability.
• Collaborate across regions to ensure consistent HR support.
