Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to own payroll and HR operations across multiple states and entities. You will independently manage the full payroll cycle, administer benefits, and maintain HR systems and compliance.

This senior individual contributor role reports to the Human Resources Manager and is on-site in Dallas, TX. Strong HRIS experience, advanced Excel, and a commitment to accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of payroll and HR operations experience with full-cycle payroll.
• Multi-state and multi-entity payroll exposure required.
• Ownership of compliance filings, recordkeeping, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Execute semi-monthly payroll across multiple states and entities end-to-end.
• Administer payroll taxes, deductions, and reports; manage garnishments and benefits.
• Own HR systems configuration, data integrity, and compliance controls.
• Prepare and review payroll-related audits and reporting.
