Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Field HR Generalist to support Regional VPs, District Managers, and locations across Washington. You will manage staffing, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and HR processes while ensuring compliance and effective employee relations.

With 2–4 years in HR, you will partner with Talent Acquisition and leaders to address workforce needs, track hiring progress, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of core HR practices including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and compliance.
• Strong organisational skills for multi-location prioritisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication supporting field leaders.
• Attention to detail and follow-through with confidentiality.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and reporting.
• 2–4 years of HR Generalist/field support experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR resource for field leaders on HR programs, policies, and resources.
• Communicate HR updates and deadlines through meetings and written channels.
• Coordinate staffing across locations and support hiring events.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to meet workforce needs.
• Track positions and provide visibility on hiring progress and challenges.
• Support onboarding and integration of new hires and leaders.
• Address training gaps and workforce readiness with leaders.
• Support performance review processes and required steps.
