Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR professional or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in HRM or Business Administration is required.
• Experience administering benefits programs, training, recruitment, safety compliance, and workers' compensation.
• Ability to draft formal HR communications and policy guidance in writing and verbally.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide field HR support and interpret policies for management.
• Facilitate recruitment, pre-employment, and onboarding in compliance with regulations.
• Serve as local HR contact for implementing corporate initiatives and communicating policies.
• Advise on performance management and conduct internal investigations as needed.
• Support development plans and conduct training on policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Collaborate with management, vendors, and government offices to update HR records and drive process changes.
