Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Field HR Generalist to support Regional VPs, District Managers, and field leaders with staffing, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and HR processes across locations. This role provides experience in employee relations, talent management, workforce operations, and compliance, preparing for future HR leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR practices including onboarding, performance management, employee relations and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a multi-location environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support field leaders.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
• 2 to 4 years of progressive HR experience in generalist or field support roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR resource for field leaders, offering guidance on HR programs, policies, and resources.
• Communicate HR updates, deadlines, and initiatives through meetings and written communications.
• Coordinate staffing across locations, monitor requisitions, support hiring initiatives, and assist hiring events.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting priorities and workforce needs.
• Track open positions and report on hiring progress and challenges.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires and leaders.
• Address training gaps and support workforce readiness with leaders.
• Support performance review processes by tracking deadlines and actions.
• Reinforce PCI procedures and ensure documentation and expectations are met.
• Escalate complex employee concerns appropriately while maintaining confidentiality.
