Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking an Implementation Specialist to install, monitor, and customize patients' systems across the United States for the patient care infrastructure portfolio. You will work with Sales, Project Managers, and IT to ensure successful deployments after hardware or software purchases.

The role requires 4+ years installing network equipment, 1+ year leadership, strong knowledge of cybersecurity and disaster recovery, and willingness to travel up to 90% with relocation assistance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of installing and configuring network equipment.
• 1+ year of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience communicating and remediating enterprise networking infrastructure.
• Maintaining current knowledge of security and networking best practices.
• Understanding of cyber security vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, monitor, and customize clients' systems after purchase.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Manager, Network Design, and IT to implement solutions.
• Lead and mentor local FE on installed solution.
• Maintain customer service logs and internal service records; document technical plans.
• Travel up to 90% to client sites across the United States.
