Qualifications

• Three years of experience in sales with account ownership.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and economics of business.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts through ongoing business reviews of service, logistics and supplies to identify customer needs.
• Drive sales growth in existing key accounts and close opportunities.
• Maintain relationships and manage ~10M book of business.
• Drive growth in assigned Key Accounts.
• Prepare and present Customer Business Reviews.
• Identify and pursue up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Partner with specialty account executives on clinical discussions.
• Collaborate with Customer Solutions Group to resolve customer service issues.
• Escalate service non-resolution as appropriate.
• Leverage data, SFDC, and regional resources to support customers.
• Provide continuing education on new technologies and laboratory testing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
