Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Healthcare Provider Account Manager to drive territory growth and profitability by delivering service excellence and resolving issues across assigned Philadelphia market accounts. Qualificações

• Three years of experience in sales with account ownership.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Solid PC skills including Microsoft Software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts through ongoing business reviews of service, logistics and supplies to identify customer needs.
• Drive sales growth in existing key accounts through targeting new opportunities and closing leakage.
• Maintain relationships with current accounts and manage ~$10M book of business.
• Prepare and present Customer Business Reviews.
• Identify and pursue up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with Specialty Account Executives and Sales Director.
• Partner with specialty account executives on complex clinical discussions.
• Collaborate with Customer Solutions Group to prioritize and resolve customer service issues.
• Escalate unresolved service issues as needed.
• Leverage SFDC, data, and regional resources to support customers.
• Provide education on new technologies and laboratory testing to customers.
