Job summary

ChenMed is expanding its Membership Growth Consultant (MGC) team to reach seniors where they live, work and gather. You will nurture relationships with seniors, community partners and brokers to enroll new patients in ChenMed's primary care model.

The role emphasizes event planning, outreach and data-driven follow-up to drive membership growth. Ideal candidates have strong sales experience, comfort presenting to groups, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience is required.
• Working with seniors/Medicare Advantage is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel locally, regionally and nationwide up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and cultivate relationships with seniors and local partners to generate new patient opportunities.
• Meet with seniors and groups to share ChenMed's value proposition.
• Plan and execute local community events to drive patient enrollment.
• Develop relationships with health plan agents and brokers to drive referrals.
• Manage leads using CRM tools and document interactions.
