Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access for field coverage across TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, NM, CO, UT. The role partners with health systems to align HIT capabilities with workflows, including EHRs and digital solutions.

You will translate data insights into practical opportunities, educate customers, and influence account planning while upholding governance. The US base salary ranges from $152,250 to $253,750 per year, with annual bonus eligibility and long-term incentive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in health informatics preferred.
Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in hospital or healthcare setting.
Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and health IT.
Customer-facing experience with EHR products and governance knowledge.
Experience supporting health systems or large provider organizations.
Experience in Oncology, Respiratory, Infectious Diseases, or related therapies.
EHR platform experience across multiple systems and related reporting tools.
Certification in Epic or other major EHR vendor, CPHIMS, RHIA, RHIT, or similar.
Strong collaboration and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities.
Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled tools and support evaluation.
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
Serve as HIT SME across Market Access, coordinating field input on tools.
Ensure governance and privacy decisions align with GSK policies.
