Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to lead HIT initiatives across TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, NM, CO, UT and partner with health systems to align EHR tools with clinical workflows.

You will educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources, contribute to account planning, and ensure governance and compliance while expanding use cases for patient identification and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Minimum 3 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• 2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in healthcare settings.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience with needs assessment and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with workflows and tech environments.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify compliant opportunities for patient care and efficiency.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing risks and opportunities.
