GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access for a field-based role covering PA, NJ, DE and MD. You will partner with health systems and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs, clinical workflows, and technology environments, including EHRs and digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
• 2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles within a hospital, physician practice, or patient-care environment
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms (Athenahealth, Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, Meditech, OncoEMR, iKnowMed)
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams, with hands-on knowledge of EHR products, clinical decision support, patient identification, and governance

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities to improve patient identification, care coordination, and efficiency.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled tools and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with actionable insights and trends.
• Serve as HIT subject matter resource across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support and scalable tools.
• Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, privacy, security, and governance decisions in line with policies and compliance requirements
