Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. You will perform hardware-focused break-fix services on various client products and troubleshoot with established guidelines. You will report to the Territory Supervisor and may occasionally mentor teammates.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, a technical school certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Dell/Lenovo certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Server experience required.
• Printer experience is a bonus.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware-focused break-fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Deliver excellent customer service per call.
• Accept and complete service calls assigned to you.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call.
• Manage assets and inventory control and return.
• Possibly provide guidance to colleagues.
