Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. The role involves on-site hardware break-fix services, troubleshooting, and ensuring efficient service call completion for client equipment.

Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, you will perform basic to moderately complex repairs and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience and own a basic repair tool kit.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant field service experience.
• Ability to diagnose and fix hardware issues on client equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned.
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
