Responsibilities

• Perform installation and support of new Windows-based computer systems.
• Install images and software on laptops and workstations.
• Prepare computers for deployments and support deployment activities.
• Assist with installation and support of computer systems and peripherals; coordinate with management for inventory, hardware orders, equipment movement, and shipping needs.
• Assist in ensuring that work products comply with established deliverable guidelines, including format and content.
• Assist in development of documentation based on customer processes.
• Travel to customer sites and perform deployment activities, including site surveys, hardware installations, software installations, hardware removal, and hardware checks for shipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and effective decision-making.
• Experience in customer service.
• Requires skill with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Requirements
