Job summary

Nurture Care is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to grow our referral network and strengthen trusted relationships throughout Northern Virginia. This field-based role involves meeting referral partners, developing new business, and representing Nurture Care professionally to connect families with home care services.

You will identify referral partners, cultivate relationships through on-site visits and events, educate stakeholders on how our care improves

Qualifications

• Strong communication, networking, follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter who is comfortable in the field and motivated by measurable goals.
• Business development in home care, senior living, referral marketing, or sales experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Identify new referral partners such as hospitals, rehab centers, and physician groups.
• Cultivate relationships through on-site visits, events, and presentations.
• Educate stakeholders on how Nurture Care improves outcomes and reduces readmissions.
• Collaborate with marketing to craft materials and campaigns for prospects.
• Track market intel and referral conversion data for leadership.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach and outreach activities.
• Partner with care coordination to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction.
• Log activities in CRM to keep the team aligned.
• Hit monthly referral and revenue targets with growth.
