Aramark is seeking a Field Growth & Customer Experience Marketing Specialist to execute brands, products, activations, and program standards across assigned markets, driving profitable growth in the Refreshments segment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of client marketing experience with demonstrated success.
• Experience in a matrixed organization and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist field execution of Office Coffee Services, Vending, Amenity Snack & Go, and Micromarket programs to ensure proper merchandising and planograms at client sites.
• Implement national marketing initiatives while developing and executing local promotional calendars at client sites.
• Deploys new product innovation opportunities with field teams to execute at new and existing client sites.
• Assist in oversight and implementation for all internal national and local sales generating initiatives.
• Develop social content that promotes regional activities, experiences, innovations, new openings, and spotlights employees to support social media strategy.
• Participate in identifying, developing, and evaluating local marketing strategy.
• Present marketing initiatives and innovations during client meetings and reports of prior initiatives.
• Partner with District Manager to ensure sales and profitability of product lines or services, analyze business developments and monitor market trends.
