• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years in marketing, brand management or program development with proven success.
• Experience in hospitality, culinary or restaurant industries.
• Experience creating adult education and training materials.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Strong integrity and teamwork.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to synthesize inputs into clear recommendations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Supervisory experience managing cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy and execution of scalable solutions to drive growth and profitability.
