Aramark Student Nutrition is seeking a Student Experience Manager to bridge Aramark Marketing and client locations, driving product innovation, merchandising, and promotions while meeting client and consumer needs and adhering to Aramark standards.

This role emphasizes proactive innovation, data-driven promotions, and strong relationship building with school districts, educators, and students. Travel ~10% supports on-site initiatives and program implementation.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of product, marketing and/or merchandising experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and influence without formal authority.
• Proven ability to increase sales and measure ROI on programs.
• Proactive and creative thinker with strategic growth mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Support product innovation, merchandising and promotions for client accounts.
• Act as liaison between Aramark Marketing and client locations to align messaging.
• Develop marketing plans and promotional strategies for meal growth.
• Coordinate events, campaigns, collateral and social media content.
• Build and maintain relationships with districts, parents, teachers and staff.
• Drive client satisfaction and retention through market insights.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitor feedback and translate results into menu and program changes.
