Job summary

Generator Supercenter, Inc. seeks a Mechanic/Service Technician to service and repair whole‑home standby generators across Nashville metro including Clarksville, Hendersonville, Columbia and surrounding areas.

You will travel in our company vehicle to customers’ residences, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, follow manuals and blueprints, and document work in the system. The schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and clear communication are required.
• Ability to read and understand manuals, wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Experience in mechanical small engine repair and electrical wiring preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer residences using company vehicle to perform generator repairs and maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot whole home standby generators.
• Follow safety practices and read technical manuals and diagrams.
• Update service records in the electronic system.
