Job summary

Generator Supercenter, Inc. is seeking a Generator Mechanic/Service Technician to join our field service team in Nashville.

You will travel to customers' residences using a company-provided vehicle to perform repair work and preventative maintenance on whole-home standby generators, following manuals, diagrams, and blueprints. You will communicate with customers, document services in our software, and adhere to safety practices.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, diagrams, blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer residences using company vehicle.
• Communicate with customers regarding arrival and work performed.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain home generators.
• Follow manuals, diagrams, blueprints, and procedures.
