ACRT, Inc. is seeking a Consulting Utility Forester for outdoor work in Wyoming. The role involves identifying and evaluating trees along utility lines, preparing inspection reports with recommendations, and coordinating line-clearance crews.

You will liaise with clients, crews, and customers across assigned geographic areas. Minimum qualifications include a relevant forestry-related degree or equivalent experience, vegetation management knowledge, GIS familiarity, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Degree in forestry, horticulture, environmental science or closely related field
• Experience in vegetation management preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• GIS data collection software/hardware preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and organized with production orientation
• Able to manage a geographical area and work independently
• Work with stakeholders and utility customers and line clearance vendors
