Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to lead daily crew operations, plan tasks, and ensure safety compliance in field environments. You will coordinate with management on hiring needs and training, while mentoring crew members and maintaining essential records.

The role requires a CDL, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel for storm work. Expect competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and retirement options.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work after orders are received.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew on job units.
• Enforce safety practices per policy and OSHA guidelines.
• Communicate with property owners about access and scope of work.
• Maintain records, timesheets, and crew-related reports.
• Control crew costs, usage of people, methods, and equipment.
