Job summary

Gordon Food Service seeks an Outside Food Sales Representative in Austin, TX to cultivate relationships, pursue new customers, and manage a defined sales territory. You will strengthen existing accounts, present solutions, and drive growth through proactive calls and weekly visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree and/or culinary certificate preferred.
• 1 year of prior sales, business, or food service experience.
• Maintaining a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record; ability to obtain food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and relationships for assigned territory.
• Pursue new customers and grow sales within your territory.
• Visit customers regularly to review needs and provide product training.
• Coordinate order status and provide updates to customers.
