Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Dallas, TX seeks an Outside Food Sales Representative to grow our customer base and manage a defined sales territory. You will pursue new customers, deepen relationships, and present solutions that meet client goals.

The role includes territory planning, visits to customers, training on products, and collaboration with internal teams. A high school diploma is required, and a bachelor's or culinary cert is preferred; 1 year sales or food service experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree or culinary certificate preferred.
• 1 year of sales, business, or food service experience is desirable.
• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall sales and relationship management for existing and prospective customers in assigned territory.
• Pursue new customers, deepen existing relationships, and plan territory growth.
• Visit customers regularly and conduct business reviews to identify opportunities.
• Provide product training and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
