Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and 0–4 years of experience, with OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 0-4 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project goals, while supporting safe work execution.
• Coordinates with project managers and project teams to address standard technical questions and resolve general project issues.
• Monitors standard project schedules and budgets, tracks labor productivity, and reports variances for timely corrective actions.
• Supports the implementation of standard quality assurance and safety protocols throughout all project phases.
• Prepares and maintains project documentation, including progress reports and technical records.
• Identifies opportunities for incremental improvements and contributes to leading practices with guidance.
• Participates in project meetings and communicates updates to team members and stakeholders.
