T&M Services in Des Moines is seeking a Field & Fleet Support Administrator to streamline field administration, track fleets and equipment, and coach staff on software tools. This role focuses on reducing chaos and enabling project teams to stay focused on execution.

You’ll be the patient go-to person for field managers, coordinating inspections, invoicing, inventory, and supply requests, with growth opportunities as new markets open.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Fleet & Equipment Moving: act as main office contact for trucks and tools, track registrations, fuel cards, schedule oil changes, and book rentals.
• Tame the Timecard Chaos: handle daily labor paperwork, gather punches, verify invoices, track PTO, ensure payroll-ready records.
• Support & Train the Field on Tools: help field leads learn software apps, troubleshoot, and input data accurately.
• Invoice, Storage & Inventory Support: assist with job closeout files, verify pass-through charges, maintain storage records, verify inventory.
• Get the Field What They Need: process safety gear, apparel, tools, and equipment requests and ensure timely delivery.
• Community Impact Catalogs: manage digital catalogs for non-profit initiatives tied to daily admin work.
