Job summary

Team Management Services (TMS) is seeking a hands-on support coordinator based in Des Moines to handle field administration and internal operations. You’ll partner with Market Managers, PMs, Coordinators, and Field Leads to relieve them from routine tasks so they can focus on execution.

This full-time role blends office and job-site duties, with responsibilities across timekeeping, fleet, inventory, and field gear, and includes maintaining digital catalogs for nonprofit initiatives as you scale

Responsibilities

• Labor & Timecards: Chase down missing punches, reconcile temp invoices, track PTO, and keep records ready for payroll.
• Fleet & Equipment: Track registration renewals, manage fuel card logs, and schedule equipment rentals.
• Storage & Inventory Records: Set up recurring storage billing, track inventory activity, and ensure billing records align with reality.
• Field Supplies: Ensure crews have access to gear, company apparel, tools, and equipment they need to work safely and efficiently.
