Job summary

Wachter is hiring a Fire Alarm/Intrusion/Access Control Service Technician for work at various locations nationwide. You will perform installs, troubleshooting, and service on security systems, communicating with customers and ensuring code-compliant work.

Must have field installation experience and a valid license; NICET certification is preferred. Moderate travel up to 20–30% may be required, with a company vehicle provided after orientation.

Qualifications

• Experience with installing security systems in commercial environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and design technical solutions.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70 and 72 standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-installation planning and designing technical solutions.
• Perform new installs and provide on-site or remote technical escalation support.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and communication.
