Job summary

Project Resources Group, Inc. is seeking an outside plant expert to join as a route-based Construction Coordinator. You will be on the ground for fiber networks, monitor 811 tickets, manage a daily route, and respond to outages while keeping issues small.

This field-based position requires driving, independence, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and homeowners in all weather conditions. Training and safety protocols are provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with appropriate auto insurance.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions and driving long distances.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan routes.
• Drive an assigned fiber route with substantial windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes for risks.
• Review 811 locate tickets and maps to stay ahead of digging/construction activity.
• Provide first-level support to mitigate issues before escalation.
• Log changes in infrastructure along the route and report outages as needed.
