Job summary

Project Resources Group, Inc. is seeking an outside plant expert to join as a route-based Construction Coordinator in Bowman, ND. You will be on the ground, driving an assigned fiber route, monitoring existing lines, and addressing issues before they escalate.

The role requires driving, attention to tickets and maps, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and homeowners. Compensation reflects experience and includes benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Auto insurance meeting federal/state requirements.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Willingness to drive long distances daily.
• Familiarity with 811 locate tickets and maps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan route.
• Drive an assigned fiber route daily with windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes for risks.
• Review 811 locate tickets, maps, and prints to stay ahead.
• Provide first-level support for minor issues and mitigate failures.
• Log changes in infrastructure along the route.
• Report to the field to verify work per SOW.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors, homeowners.
