Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current driver's license and own vehicle with auto insurance meeting state requirements.

• Comfort working independently in field with minimal supervision.
• Willingness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive an assigned fiber route on a recurring basis with substantial windshield time.
• Monitor existing fiber routes and watch for risks to the line.
• Review 811 locate tickets, maps, and prints to stay ahead of digging and construction activity.
• Provide first-level issue response and mitigate potential failure points.
• Log and report changes in infrastructure or conditions along the route.
• Verify quality and adherence of work performed under the SOW.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
