Job summary

Project Resources Group is seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator to operate on a route-based schedule in California. You will be the eyes and ears on fiber networks, monitor 811 tickets, respond to outages, and drive through assigned routes with daily windshield time.

The role requires outdoor work, strong organization, and the ability to communicate with clients and crews in the field. Salary ranges reflect experience and bonuses are possible.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle suitable for representing the company.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing tickets, maps and prints.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, sit, stand, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan your field route.
• Drive an assigned fiber route with substantial windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes; watch for risks to the line.
• Review 811 locate tickets and maps to anticipate digging activity.
• Provide first-level issue response and help mitigate failures.
• Log changes in infrastructure and report to the field.
• Ensure quality and adherence of work under the SOW.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
