Project Resources Group, Inc. is seeking a route-based Construction Coordinator to monitor 811 tickets and drive a fiber route. You’ll be the eyes on the ground, staying alert to outages and responding to issues as they arise while keeping stakeholders informed.

The role is outdoors, involves significant windshield time, and requires dependable, self-directed workers comfortable with long drives and field-based problem solving. A valid license and vehicle are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Valid and current driver’s license; reliable personal vehicle and auto insurance meeting state and federal requirements.
• Dependability: punctuality and reliability on the job.
• Sharp attention to detail when reviewing tickets, maps, and prints.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions; prior outdoor work is a plus.
• Physical readiness to walk, bend, sit, stand, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Solid computer proficiency; comfortable using Microsoft tools for reporting and communication.
• Knowledge of underground utilities and local dig laws is a plus.
• Strong understanding of fiber engineering fundamentals.
• Customer service instincts to interpret and deliver client needs.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; clear written and verbal communication.
• Rain-or-shine mindset; work continues regardless of weather.

Aufgaben

• Receive daily assignments and plan routes.
• Drive an assigned fiber route with substantial windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes; watch for risks to the line.
• Review 811 locate tickets, maps, and prints to stay ahead of digging/construction activity.
• Provide first-level support for minor issues and mitigate potential failures.
• Log and escalate issues as needed.
• Report to field leadership to verify work quality and adherence to SOW.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
