Job summary

Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a route-based Construction Coordinator to act as the eyes and ears on fiber networks in Texarkana, TX. You will manage an assigned route, monitor ongoing activities, and address emerging issues in the field with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates are dependable, possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle, and are comfortable outdoor work in all weather. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential to protect network integrity.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Reliable, well-maintained personal vehicle.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Walk, bend, sit, stand and lift up to 50 lbs continually.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan route.
• Drive assigned fiber route with significant windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes for risks.
• Review 811 locate tickets, maps and prints to stay ahead of digging activity.
• Log changes in infrastructure and report quality adherence to SOW.
• Communicate clearly with clients, contractors and homeowners.
