Project Resources Group, Inc. Texarkana, Texas is seeking a route-based Construction Coordinator to be the eyes and ears on the ground for our fiber networks, driving an assigned route and monitoring for issues.

You’ll review locate tickets, maps, and prints, log changes, and report on the quality and adherence of field work. A valid license and a reliable vehicle are essential; strong communication and customer service skills help you coordinate with homeowners and contractors.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle and ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing tickets, maps, and prints.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of fiber engineering fundamentals.
• Customer service instincts and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan your route.
• Drive assigned fiber route with daily windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes for risks.
• Review 811 locate tickets and maps to stay ahead of digging.
• Provide first-level support for minor issues and mitigate failures.
• Log changes in infrastructure along the route.
• Report to the field to verify quality and adherence of work.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
