Job summary

Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a route-based Construction Coordinator to manage assigned fiber routes. You’ll be the eyes and ears on the ground for our clients, driving daily routes, monitoring lines, and preventing issues before they escalate.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Reliable, well-maintained personal vehicle for field work.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools for reporting and communication.
• Comfortable working independently in the field with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan your route.
• Drive an assigned fiber route with substantial windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes to detect risks.
• Review 811 locate tickets and maps to stay ahead of digging activities.
• Provide first-level support for minor issues and mitigate failures.
• Log and escalate changes in infrastructure along the route.
• Report to the field to verify quality and adherence to the SOW.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
